The Web’s Most Viral Animals!!! There’s been a lot of surfing animals lately, from seals to pigs, elephants and birds. Balinese Pro Wins Rip Curl Cup in Bali!! The wave at Padang is so good they had to name it twice, Padang Padang, and the event wrapped up this past weekend in perfect surf. French Grom wins Lacanau Pro Junior!! It’s been a really busy week for pro surfing, with the top pros in Tahiti, the ones who want to be there surfing in Bali, and the kids that will one day be there surfing in France. And to the stoke of thousands on the beach in southwest France this past weekend, French grom  Tom Cloarec took out the biggest win of his young career. While not many French surfers have graced the ASP World Championship Tour, give it a couple years. The new breed of French surfer is talented and hungry to compete against the world’s best. North Korea Launches Surfing Tours!! This is no joke. We reported this earlier on ASM and are just retouching on it right here. The North Korean government is trying to build it’s reputation as a tourist destination, and surfing is front and center. Read more about it right here.
